Effective July 26, 2026

Billing rules,
stated before checkout.

This policy applies to Builder 5 and Builder 10 subscriptions sold by Ryan Stephens under the DecaCap Builders service name.

Plans and renewal

Builder 5 costs USD $25 monthly. Builder 10 costs USD $50 monthly. PayPal processes each subscription and renews it automatically at the displayed monthly price until canceled. Cloud-provider usage, local hardware, internet access, and third-party services are not included.

No trial

DecaCap does not offer a free or automatically converting trial. Charges begin only after you approve the subscription in PayPal.

Plan changes and proration

Plan changes require PayPal approval. DecaCap does not independently calculate prorated credits, refunds, or partial-month charges. The requested plan becomes the account plan only after PayPal confirms the revision. PayPal’s approval screen controls any amount and effective date it presents.

Cancellation

Cancellation from Account settings is immediate: DecaCap requests cancellation from PayPal, prevents future renewal, and removes protected DecaCap access after PayPal accepts the request. Account deletion must first cancel an active PayPal subscription and fails safely if PayPal cannot confirm cancellation.

Failed payments

After PayPal reports a failed renewal, existing paid access remains available for five calendar days. This is a recovery period, not a new billing cycle. Access resumes normally if PayPal confirms payment during the grace period; otherwise it ends when the grace period expires. Repeated failures may cause PayPal to suspend or cancel the subscription sooner under PayPal’s rules.

Seven-day first-payment refund window

You may request a refund of the first DecaCap subscription payment within seven calendar days after that payment by using Support. Include the account email and PayPal transaction or subscription ID, but never a password or payment credential. Renewal payments, plan-change payments, provider charges, hardware costs, and substantially used service periods are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Approved refunds return through PayPal to the original payment method. Refund approval does not cancel recurring billing unless the subscription is also canceled.

Taxes and availability

PayPal may calculate, display, collect, or remit applicable transaction taxes. The customer is responsible for taxes PayPal does not collect and for personal or business reporting obligations. Sales are available only where PayPal, required providers, and applicable law permit; embargoed or comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions and prohibited persons are excluded.

Disputes and billing support

Report an unrecognized charge or billing error promptly through Support or ryanking@ryanliketheking.com. Unauthorized-billing reports target an initial response within one U.S. business day. Filing a PayPal dispute may temporarily suspend access while the transaction is reviewed.
